ok, something that happened just now. and so Shima had her religious prayers to end her fast. so i offered to go down with her to sri mariamman temple. it was crowded. she went ahead and i went alone to a kopitiam to have prata and kopi-cino <---kopi-cino is nice!
den i went to do my window shopping and she called to say she was held back and would be back late. i came back first by taxi. and as luck would have it, i boarded the taxi of a smart aleck who didnt know better than to provoke me. here's the convo:
Fucktard: Where are you going?
ami: bugis. gateway west, beach road.
Fucktard: you said bugis. gateway west is beach road right?
ami (...): ya.
Fucktard: Do you have any special way of going there?
ami (thinks 'just get me out of this damn place, dude?'): oh, the fastest way?
Fucktard: ooh ya, you can claim back from your company... can can.
ami: so will i pass by any gantry?
Fucktard (blur look): uh, what you mean?
ami: the ERP?
Fucktard: oh, expressway doesn't have it luh.
ami: ...
Fucktard (tries to act smart): oh, but you can claim back from your company what... it doesn't matter right?
ami (tries to play along with him cos i am paying through my damn pocket): well, i don't wanna accounting dept to grumble at me
Fucktard (smart aleck): really ah? but it is all stated in the receipt. you can't change it right, its all recorded in the meter.
ami (thinks 'when the hell will he shut the fuck up?'): oh, accounting people are like that..
Fucktard (smart aleck again): so you are in the accounting dept?
ami: no.
Fucktard: so what do you do for a living?
ami (quick to play along): i am a temp staff.. (act pitiful) they like to bully temp staff. being nittygritty and all
Fucktard: So you are working now?
ami: ya. i am working.
Fucktard: so why don't you work full time?
ami (praises herslf for being fast to react): ...
Fucktard (interrupts before i answer him): oh, you studying.
ami (fast to react): ya. part time student.
Fucktard (self assumptious): private school.
ami (thinks 'dun look down on me you fucktard!'): (smiles) nope. local
Fucktard: oh they have ah.
ami (thinks 'like duh. you haven't gone for enough education i guess'): ya loh
Fucktard (tries to get personal): so why don't you get a boyfriend?
ami (thinks 'fuck it. the shit, do i look like i need to depend on someone?'): i dont like the feeling.
Fucktard: oh, then you can never be a housewife.
ami (thinks, 'who gives a damn anyway? i'm a mess at home.'): why?
Fucktard: cos you said you dont like the feeling. so you can NEVER be a housewife.
and so he repeats this statement several times to piss me more.
so we arrive on the road leading from suntec to the DHL hot air balloon.
Fucktard: you see the DHL balloon?
ami (thinks 'ZOMG! he is still talking?'): yeah.
Fucktard: they said you should never take their balloon.
ami (acts curious): oh really?
Fucktard: ya, they said DHL is a 'fly by night' company. (that's what he said... not me!)
ami: huh?
Fucktard: ... (repeats his statement)
ami: whats 'fly by night'?
Fucktard: huh? you don't know whats 'fly by night'?
ami:(thinks 'thats why i'm asking you, idiot.') ... ya, thats why i'm asking.
Fucktard: means they can't be trusted.
ami: oh, well i learnt something new today..
Fucktard: haha, well don't learn from me! i'm not that good.
ami (thinks 'i'm not stupid enough to judge this trait from you'): hahaha
*mindless chat*
and yay, i arrived at the porch. was about to pay by NETS and he said,
Fucktard: oh, i can't connect the terminals.
ami: then VISA?
Fucktard: No, i can't connect the terminals.
ami (thinks 'do you think i give a damn?'): oh, gosh, i do not have enough cash with me.. (begins digging out a $2 note and coins)
Fucktard: you have coins?
ami: ya, i'll give you everything... sorry ah, i dont have enough.
Fucktard (acts generous): never mind. next time you should ask the driver first if you wanna pay by NETS or VISA.
ami (thinks 'thats none of my business'): oh ok, i am really sorry!
Fucktard: its alright.
ami (fast to react): oh, but i feel bad. why don't i draw from the atm and return you?
Fucktard: sure! i'll wait!!
ami: ok!
Fucktard: i'll print you the receipt. here it is (hands receipt)
ami: thanks! (receives the receipt gingerly)
ami (thinks 'haha, LOSER!')
and ami escapes by taking the elevator instead to her office and has been sitting and typing this entry.. he has pissed me off enough and i tried to be naughty by playing back games. just his day to play games with me.

what are you left with if you lose yourself in the end? i could crash and burn but, maybe... i can't catch a glimpse of anything... maybe i am just blinded by the glittering future that is so blinding and is capable of making me lose everything?

dear peeps... i am sorry that i haven't been updating like i should...
(maybe make it at least like one entry per day diary???)
i think i have the i-am-tora-and-i-dont-like-to-update-my-blog-cos-its-so-mendokusee(troublesome) syndrome. what do you think?
i am fine now and will be preparing for an impending fierce battle ahead. it is also a good learning and hefty lesson to learn from. but at least i am confident that i will win. and that is enough.
papa gonna stand by my side and fight with me. thanks papa. you and mama nagged at me quite a bit and i retorted cos i felt wronged. at last, please keep the amount or stash it into another account bah.. i felt so very relieved by transferring the balance back to mum's joint account. shit those astronomical figures! its gonna fuel impulsive spending and i dont care much anyways (plus with all the eartquakes and natural calamities, who knows how long i might live? i am digressing a bit)
but i am naturally happy that i am self sufficient nonetheless a pauper now. but i have learnt from my lesson and will scrimp and save. yes and then use it wisely to get my achievements (eyeing on alice nine albums and lives... plus all the jrock love <3 u guys, wait for me! and now i really believe good things are worth waiting for!)
haha, its worth saving up for guitars, drums, amps, psp, ipod and the smex~ haiz, why was i so blur..? but i will definitely get it back. wait for my good news.
