back for a short post as i remembered my resolution to stop procrastination.
why is it that my tora-chin got into serious shit?
he apparently suffers from slipped disc hernia. in case you guys do not know, slipped disc is a medical condition where a segment of the spine is somewhat 'dislocated' and hernia is a medical condition where the abdomen is affected. he is currently numbed from neck to his left hand.
true enough, this upset a lot of fans and fan mails to tora and the other a9 boys came flooding in torrents. i wasnt really emotional about it at first cos i was all joking around until i saw this piece of news and now its starting to sink in to me. i am somewhat glad that i made a handphone strap bearing TORA so that i can pray for his wellbeing and somewhat motivate myself.
back to his condition, he had these conditions ever since 2007 and had been relieving pain with painkillers. the a9 boys were on the 'A to U' tour and you could imagine the man battling pain. the series of lives was cancelled when tora felt numb in the hand and even had difficulty holding the guitar up. he was admitted to hospital immediately and is now recovering. this had gotten all the other a9 boys flustered as well and they keep apologizing one after another for the cancel of lives and all. tora even made a blog post (after what seemed like eons from his birthday) to tell all the fans that he would definitely recover and is sorry for such a thing that happened. hope (and all the other fans as well)that he would get well even though hurting the spine is not a trivial matter.
i think i would make a replica of the strap and send it to him when i have the time. hmm.... to add to that, ayu's left ear is not working... hmm, kinda sad huh? but what is admirable of the two of them is that they are still fighting strong! yep!! (^o^)/
