man, how much more should i put up with this nonsense?

i work my ass off, but i sit too much and have a big ass? i totally hate this... meli-chan was like saying what i am gonna do about bubble tea... its considered a staple in my life.. i had 5 cups straight in a week.. i dont eat dinner liao leh.. but i am still like a stumpy tree stump!

damn! shou, give me your legs??? if not, myv's one would suffice!!!!

options: chop my golden ratio legs plus fat ass off; get anorexic; beg shou or meever's for legs; take slimming pills...????

am i going to die at this rate?

ok.. i think this blog is seriously rotting from a lack of care and severe procrastination from the Great Lady Ami (GLA for short).. And now, I present to you photos that are two months old (also goes to show how lazy and unmotivated I am)

I have a bunch of photos that I wanna share.. Handpicked a few but it still seems to be a lot.. I try to relate as much as possible.. This is Day One of Taipei, Xi Men Ding.. I was staying at a hotel in Xi Men Ding.. It's called Good Ground Hotel.. A little rundown, just met my standard of living.. so if you are looking for good quality accommodation, strike this option out of your list.. I liked it for its convenient location to street only..

Night view when we reached Xi Men Ding at around 8. Checked in, rested our feet and then hopped out again.. Its friggin cool.. Nice! It felt like we were in an air-conditioned mega mall!

My bro is good at snapping angles.. Look at my mum. she looks a bit lost but yet set on exploring the place immediately.

This glass window is a display for goodies-coated green apples. I kinda wondered why I did not buy one to try.. We were more desperate for a proper meal, i suppose!

Being a potential photographer-in-the-making, my bro decided to capture an artistic snap of my mum.. i commented at how the lantern at the back looked like the mask from 'i know what you did last summer'

Basically, it was a new experience. I would like to do this again. Oh, and look how the caucasians are touring the place as well? they are adventurous to travel to a place where language barriers may be posed... but nevertheless, the subway is a commendable effort to spur tourism.. 100% tourist-friendly!!!

Just to back-track a bit (and to avoid GLA from rearranging the pictures), this is the international airport.. they have other airports, but those are used for domestic flights. oh well..

This is a snapshot of JAL's airplane. it's also a way to motivate GLA to board this plane to JP next time.. of course, farhanah-chan, i'll snag some gackt and hyde goods for you... meli-chan, to pre-empt any grumbling from you, you are going with me! muahahaha... its good to be authoritative at times~ *whistles*

I found this very interesting. This is a water-dispenser.. They have paper-cups for hygiene use. Those are really paper.. GSM of approx 70??? lol

Okay, back to civilisation.. This is the crowded xi men ding where we resided in for the short while.. I like craning my head to look up at the screens for the commercials.. this is the area where we can walk freely at night. Drivers do not use this area unless they have too much time in their hands. this area is otherwise an open road in the morning.

This is more or less what I have to share for Day One. I gotta give myself a pat on the back for completing this.. am glad that I did so, cos i got to recall the happenings, the people, and the atmosphere and culture. it's really a warm place. Taiwanese are really friendly and service-oriented... :)

I got my alice nine dvd 'Hello, Dear Numbers' at long last! yay!!! this is the best thing that happened in a shitty day like today. the pv playing at the back is serialNUMBER's monokuro rinbu kyoku. haha. the live was nice! i am intending to buy more lives.

lives are important to bands, they get to interact with fans and get to perform at full tension(energy levels, that is)! and yes, you are free to do all the roaring. its also another exposure for you to meet those who support you (either musically or not) and thank them through your performance since they came all the way.. (laughs)

my mum always calls me to use my head (to think).

Indeed, I used my head this once....

for headbanging to the live (cept' i did it silently) (laughter)

oh lookie! this is my pair of new shoes. i thought they were suitable for this post. its like totally made for alice nine.'s number six. sexy ne? the stars and all, not only on the soles but also on the side of my shoes!

i will be entering my OL days soon, hopefully! (laughs)

is everyone genki as always?? man, i am slightly tired and am cooling down after some 'kickass' exercise session.

i hope i can get a good paying job soon... its depressing to hear that no one is supporting you for further studies.. to think, there was a promise that no matter how hard it was, i'll have support through to uni.. guess adults forget such promises they made, and yet break it easily. (sobs) i cried before, was weak, but i picked myself up and looked forward. i'm not going to cry anymore. i guess thats more important, ne?

i'll let the financial aspect rest. i asked my parents solemnly whether they could support me for overseas studies and expressed my interest towards waseda and keio. thank god i did not mention toudai. of course, i'll repay them back but currently its hard for me to fork out such a sum. mum kept quiet but kusai oyaji was throwing literally the entire department store load of wet blankets at me. he asked me whether i was worthy of such unis. that was the last straw and that made me agitated.

'hey! look at me! i am your daughter, am i not? why must you be so sarcastic? kusai oyaji!'

mum explained nicely saying that maybe i could look for scholarships. scholarships nowadays have too long a bond (5 or 6 years??) and everything would be uncertain, yea? the original discussion got heated up when agitation showed in my tone even though i was trying hard to suppress it. kusai oyaji couldn't read the atmosphere (KY) and i flared up.

mum: 'this is not the way of discussing and asking favours from others! look at your attitude!'

i couldn't say this out but all i thought was, 'i intended to talk amicably but KY kusai oyaji had to rub it in. at least show some support to your daughter, mentally? why is it so hard for me to expect you to at least talk on the same level as me? being all high and mighty and always saying no before hearing me out'

the next day, i was scheduled to meet up with tracy, and she being the elder, she was able to offer more constructive comments like staying in SG is not so bad after all. overseas is ok if parents are supportive (there i was thinking, its a big no!) NUS is prestigious, and NTU plus SMU... she explained to me nicely and i could not see why i would be flaring up if people explained things to me more properly. as parents even? i gave up hoping anything from them and am back into my loner world in my residence. (that sounded wicked, IDK)

dragon, i am gonna slap this answer in your face for asking me why i am forsaking rest and always finding jobs to keep me occupied to the grave. listen well. it is a little daunting that i would have to take care of my uni fees. thanks for your concern, but i am fine really. don't complain about why i am doing this, i (always) have my reasons.

people, recommend me jobs with 1600 or more dollars in pay cos i am in desperate need of it. ami will be eternally grateful to you! free hugs~

okay, i am done with my preaching. (laughs) people, take care ne!
